Pricing

The price range shown when you book is confirmed on site before we load. It does not go above the top of the range unless you add items or the load includes material listed as quoted by weight. Washington prices include the state solid-waste collection tax.

Windows and cancellation

We arrive within the 2-hour window you choose and call when we are 30 minutes out. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before the window. Same-day cancellations after we are en route are charged the $99 minimum.

What we do not haul

Paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, propane, asbestos, ammunition and medical waste. If we find these on arrival we leave them and adjust the price.

Access and safety

Appliances must be disconnected from gas and water. Hot tubs must be drained and electrically disconnected. We do not remove items over an occupant's objection.

Liability

General liability and commercial auto insurance details are listed on the about page as they issue. Report property damage within 48 hours with photos.
