What we collect

When you book or request a quote we collect your name, mobile number, email if you give one, the service address, the items you describe, photos you upload, and your ZIP code. When you call, calls to our numbers may be recorded for training and dispute resolution; you hear a notice at the start.

How we use it

To price, schedule and complete your job, to send booking confirmations and arrival texts, to send you the invoice and any donation receipt, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you check the consent box we send transactional texts about your booking. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. See the SMS terms.

Photos

Photos you upload are stored for 90 days to price and document the job, then deleted.

Who else sees it

Our scheduling calendar, customer database, email and text providers, and analytics. Each processes data only to deliver our service.
